Browsing the collection
You can explore photographs, journals and prepared travel guides without an account. The site requests the pages and media needed to display them. Hosting and media providers receive technical information such as your IP address when serving those requests.
Your journeys and account
When account access is open, signing in uses your email address and an email link. Supabase provides authentication and stores account journeys: your destination, dates, interests, preferences, day items and notes. These journeys are available to your signed-in account and are not published in the gallery. Authorized site administration and service providers may access data needed to operate the service.
Only include information you want to store in your itinerary. Passport numbers, payment details and travel documents are not needed by this planner.
Device drafts and downloads
“Save draft on this device” stores a temporary copy in this browser. It is separate from account saving and is not shared with other devices. Anyone with access to this browser profile may be able to open it. Clear the draft using the planner or your browser’s site-data controls. Downloaded copies remain in the folder where you save them.
Video and external links
Videos load from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player when you choose a film. Playing a film contacts YouTube, which has its own privacy practices. External profiles and planning references are separate websites. There is no advertising or analytics tracker configured in this version of the website.
Keeping and removing information
Saved journeys remain in your account until you delete them or request account deletion. Download a copy first if you want to keep it. Backups and provider security logs may remain after removal; their production retention settings must be confirmed before public account access opens.

Contact Otis Powell through LinkedIn about access, correction or deletion of account information, or concerns about a photograph. Use the account email to identify the relevant account and do not send passwords or sign-in links.
You may also raise a data-protection concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Before public accounts open
This local release preview does not send sign-in emails or save journeys to an account. The public notice still needs the final hosting, email provider, retention and international-transfer details before those services are enabled.
